In Brief:
As a punk schoolboy in Dublin in the 1970s, Neil McCormick wants to be famous, he wants to be a rock god. Neil and his brother Ivan have it all worked out--the albums, the stadium concerts, the quest for world peace. There's only one thing they hadn't counted on--the boy sitting on the other side of the classroom has plans of his own. And his name is Bono. On other hand Two brothers attempt to become global rock stars but can only look on as old school friends U2 become the biggest band in the world.

Synopsis
Based on real events, KILLING BONO tells the story of young Irish rocker Neil McCormick and his younger brother, Ivan, who attempt to become rock stars but can only look on as their school friends form U2 and become the biggest band in the world. The film is based on Neil McCormick's memoir Killing Bono: I am Bono's Doppelganger.
